    Maura De Benedetto studied Modern Literature and has obtained an Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree in European Literary Cultures, with a thesis on the critical reception of Carmelo Bene’s theatre in Italy and France. She also completed a Master’s programme in Performing Arts Entrepreneurship. She works in theatre organisation for Cantieri Meticci APS and Ultimi Fuochi Teatro – Impresa Sociale, focusing on organisational management and project writing. Alongside her professional activity, she writes and collaborates with the theatre criticism journal Altre Velocità.
