Author Biography

  • Philiep Bossier et Al., Werkgroep Italië Studies

    Philiep Bossier is President of WIS, the Werkgroep Italië Studies (the Netherlands/Flanders). As a full professor, he successively held the Chair of Early Modern Romance Literatures and Cultures at the University of Groningen and the Chair of Italian Language and Culture at Utrecht University. He publishes regularly on commedia dell’arte, sixteenth-century theatre, Renaissance women writers, and translation studies.
